Anyone resident in Stromness, who is 16 years of age or above and who supports the objectives of the Stromness Community Development Trust can apply to become an ordinary member.
To apply for membership, please complete your details below and click submit. All applications for membership shall be considered at the Board meeting following receipt of the application and the applicant will be notified of the Board’s decision. The board of directors is elected from within the membership.
Please indicate if you are happy for your email to be the primary contact method for you i.e. we will send notification of meetings etc. by email, rather than post.
There is no membership fee although as SCDT is a Company Limited by Guarantee, should SCDT ever go into liquidation, you would be asked to pay £1.
By completing this form and submitting it to Stromness Community Development Trust (SCDT) you are consenting for this form and the data within to be processed and stored by SCDT in order for SCDT to fulfil its functions as a community development trust.
